True Story of Puppy Hole Revealed

While digging a huge hole to hide our fuzzy, little Piranha dog seemed like a great idea.  We've decided that dropping Paco deep into the earth could be hard on our backs.  So using these simple instructions we built a dog poop composter. 

Does it make any sense that we take something entirely biodegradable and wrap it in plastic?
